The hotel was recently renovated and exceptional. the room was comfy, tidy, and had a nice kitchen and blackout curtains. - the bathroom was clean, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. - the staff were all perfect and approachable. - the location was marvelous, just a short walk away from a multi-level shopping mall.

When we stayed here, the washing machine was broken and there was water leaking from air-conditioner, but the engineering staff solved these problems so quickly.

One of the filipino female staff serving breakfast was unfriendly and had no motivation at all.

The size of the rooms were perfect, the kitchen items were very good

1- No dvd player. 2- the location of the hotel is not as noticed on the booking website. It's not that near to Emirates Mall, as a big family we had to drive we couldn't the distance with little children

They offer free wake-up service and ironing. the location is good, on the edges of the bathtub. the service from the staff is amazing. the pool is nice.

The value for money at the hotel was excellent, and the room was spacious and comfortable with a nice balcony. The location was convenient, with amenities like grocery stores and restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly and provided quick check-in and check-out service.

The breakfast offerings could be improved with more variety and options.

The staff was very helpful. Although my kids make a damage in the room but they understand the situation. In addition we forget one bag and they assist for delivery. Rooms were cleaned and when I request any help they provide it immediately
